Description

The WECON LX3V-4DA is a 4-channel analog output expansion module for LX3V series PLCs that converts digital data into -10V to +10V DC or 0-20mA analog signals. It features 12-bit resolution, 15ms/channel conversion speed, and uses buffer memory (BFM) for data transfer. Key Technical Specifications & Features: Channels: 4 independent output channels.Output Ranges: Configurable via wiring to -10 to +10V DC (5mV resolution) or 0 to 20mA (20µA resolution).Resolution: 12-bit.Accuracy: (pm 1%).Power Supply: 24V DC (pm 10%) (external), 5V DC (internal, 90mA from base unit).Communication: 32 Buffer Memories (BFM) for data transfer.Connection: Uses terminal block for field wiring and connects to the PLC main unit via an extension cable.Configuration: Channel modes are configured using BFM#0, with 3 seconds delay required after changes for EEPROM write. The module is commonly used to control proportional valves, variable speed drives, or other analog equipment by converting PLC numerical values into proportional voltage/current.
